About
Ember is a space for depth and reflection. A psychology clinic designed for those seeking clarity, understanding, and meaningful change.
Through structured and compassionate therapy,
Ember offers the space to slow down and explore emotional patterns, relationships, and experiences that may feel difficult to navigate alone.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive, allowing time
to understand how patterns have formed, how they are maintained, and what supports greater flexibility and
balance over time.
The work centres on integration, emotional processing, and developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Emma is an experienced psychologist who supports people across a range of common concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, perfectionism, and relationship difficulties.
Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative.
Sessions are a space to slow down, explore what's beneath long-standing patterns and build a more grounded relationship with yourself over time.
Emma works with adults in-person in Bondi Junction and online across Australia. Medicare rebates are available with a GP referral, though a referral is not required to make a booking.

Registered Psychologist

Emma is an experienced psychologist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, self doubt, confidence concerns, and relational difficulties. She supports people in gaining clarity about what a meaningful life looks like for them, and in developing a more balanced and integrated relationship with themselves.
Her approach is thoughtful and collaborative. She provides a therapy space to slow down, explore emotional patterns, and build your own sense of confidence, calm, clarity, and ease in how you move through life. Her focus is on supporting and strengthening your capacity to understand yourself and respond to life’s challenges with greater balance and self trust.
Emma takes an eclectic, evidence based approach, drawing from internal family systems, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness based approaches, somatic work, and trauma informed practice. She is an AHPRA registered psychologist and a certified Internal Family Systems practitioner, and holds a Master of Professional Psychology.
